Annual Scholarship and Award Dinner

President Chef Bill Powell of The American Culinary Federation (ACF) Maumee Valley Chefs’ Association is pleased to announce the association’s Annual Scholarship & Awards Dinner to be held on Sunday, April 6, 2014 at 5:00 p.m. This year’s event will take place at the prestigious Toledo Club, with the underlying theme of Culinary Education, and boasts a variety of creative signature dishes representative of our local chefs. In keeping with our Culinary Education theme this year, each chef will take to the podium throughout the night to tell you why they choose this particular item, recipe, or dish, insight and tips on how you can recreate the item, and a little about themselves.
